Hope it's not too late but Steve Huston's head drawing courses would be greatly appreciated if you have them, could also upload them to cgpeers to avoid dipshits

I feel like I have negative talent when it comes to drawing. I've been on the same page of Loomis' heads and hands for a few weeks now, started drawing 3 hours a day today hoping to get 15 hours in each week. I Still can't draw a single head that looks decent, and I think I've invested about 7 hours of solid practice. I do feel like I'm thinking about things differently, but I still just don't see any improvement in my work. I have a few questions:

1) Should I be focusing on one thing at a time (heads) or work on multiple things such as figure drawing, anatomy, perspective, etc?

2) How long did it take you guys to get decent?

3) I throw out everything that I draw once I finish -- should I be saving them? I don't really have much space for stuff like that.

Feeling really disheartened, turning 20 in a few months, really been kicking myself for not starting sooner. Hope I don't sound too bitchy, /ic/, just need to vent.
