I'm trying to understand the forms of the body and I've moved onto learning clothing but I feel like most of the time I'm just putting down lines rather than capturing the form.

One of my main sources of inspiration is Edouard Guiton's work. I like how he exaggerates muscles and proportions and his loose style. Any advice?

Also are there any good guides for hatching and line weight?
