drew this crackhead, can anyone recommend some good anatomy courses? I'm currently doing aaron blaise human anatomy course but it's really cartoony however I think it's a good jump-off point. Should I go for someone more realistic?

As for this drawing I pretty much said fuck it when it comes to rendering lol I know it's bad, I haven't studied lighting at all and barely understand human anatomy
