idk, as much as i love the face, rest kinda sucks, he definetly owerworked it. shoulders are out of proportions tiny, hair looks nothing like hair, nothing like anything really. in the end it's just a beautiful face and an abstract mess of color surrounding it

People don't consume art for its beauty only. They like art because they can relate to it. It's about emotion. Technique is a tool. Studies make people feel nothing. That's why a mediocre artist can have dozens of thousands of followers. People can related to what his art is trying to convey. Pic related is soulless. It's very well made, but it's empty of meaning. It's just a dude with his sword up.
