How? I'm a character/creature artist and the NSFW purge marked the majority of my work even when it was clean (and had no reason to mark it to begin with) The algorithm was so shit, at least 1/3 of everything I posted was marked, so probably around 150-200 posts. It was so much I just said fuck it and abandoned it (after trying to get help from staff to just clear my blog altogether- No response from them). Did you join post-snap? I'm surprised it's rotting corpse still has a pulse

I was unsure about shadman as an artist/person until I listened to this while I was painting one day. If you need background noise I recommend it

I really get the feeling that his mentality is to push social boundaries for nothing but the sole purpose of doing so. Since that was one of the very things that twisted and damaged his life to begin with. It's kinda fucked up that somebody's hobby dictates whether or not they are allowed to go to a school, instead of their knowledge or talent. I've always leaned more on the side of "art is art and deserves to be free from being controlled by outside sources" freedom to create means freedom to create anything and everything your mind can think of and anything you can put down on paper/canvas. I also genuinely believe that he would not be drawing what he does if there wasn't such a massive taboo about doing so

Also, let me say this. I don't like loli things. That's me personally, I think they're gross. I really do think its a grey area with what people like in 2d and 3d, though. Look at /d/ , The vast majority of them would be horrified if the thing they were sexually attracted to in 2d happened in real life. For that reason, I don't think all lolicon is paedophilic. Not all of it, at least.

I will say this to finish; I like him more as a comedian and online personality.He's not bad, and I don't think his art is as bad as everyone says it is, but I know its flawed. It's like the reverse of proko, shad drew from imagination and stylized characters so much the rest of his work is lacking outside of what he does. The reason he garners so much attention and is so popular has not really been about the quality of the art, but the personality of pushing boundaries and his sense of humor, and this is probably what bugs /ic/ the most out of everything.

just my 2 cents, Incase anyone was like me and thought he was just a lousy porn artist before learning a little more about him.
