The teeth ear thing feels a little odd off in that direction maybe it could be placed somewhere else or made smaller, also the little ribs around the body are sort of short so I don't think you would see them at the edge and instead maybe through the stomach I did a paintover just to show what I was thinking, and agree with the other anon that you can push the lighting to bring out form some more too and focal point.
