To add, Hampton has memed just about everyone. I can't believe people take this guy seriously when his work is literally sucking the art out of everything and replacing it with some ugly construction system. Look at this dogshit: http://www.figuredrawing.info/long-pose-drawing/

If you want your figures to be that, best of luck to you. I wouldn't want anyone to learn figure drawing that way. Maybe as an addendum in understanding planes of the body, if they can't get a better resource, of which even the worst ones will do.

To everyone else, you're better off getting a few short and long demonstrations by Vilppu from NMA (or earlier, when he still had hair and a manly handlebar mustache), and literally drawing along copying his moves. He doesn't try to rush it. He's an old guy, his moves are patient and deliberate, and it's how you should be drawing.

Now fuck off with this Hampton shit I don't want to see this on /ic/ again.
