A bit extreme... But here's my example.
Usually I would have a few extra steps in-between before committing to cleanup, but given that I started a bit later and want to move on the next page asap, this is how it looks.

1. Super rough thumbnails - Quickly map out how I want my overall story to flow.
2. Rough pass - If I think a different image would work better during this phase, I'll change it up.
3. Clean up - Less wiggle room to change things at this point. So, I try to do my best to see the page/panels in context, and start cleaning up.

It's not really a method I'd recommend, but if you're short on time... and willing to take some hit in the pacing department.. It does force you to move on and free up time to actually draw... Since that's where a lot of one's time will be spent on.
