You have basically 3 major problems:
1) you use line weight randomly
2) you don't use tools available to you to show the form properly (overlaps, going across the form)
3) just overall lack of detail

What I did here, is I just went over your sketch with a messy outline removing completely all line weight and replacing it just with lines showing thickness. This is obviously too quick and messy to use as an actual lineart, it's just to illustrate a point. I also tried to use lines to show form better by going across the form in several places, and trying to emphasize overlaps, particularly with folds. Folds on your image are just random, not good. Folds should generally wrap the form together with the fabric, not be straight.
About the line weight: you use it in this image to show thickness, but that is incorrect. Line weight is a composition tool and should be used as such to highlight focal point. Thick lines in your image do not create a coherent composition, this is why this shit doesn't work.
If you want to improve your inking, you should do what other anons are telling you and start to incorporate shading. This will help you understand how and where to put your line weight, also, will help you get a better grasp on form.
