one of my biggest struggles is to enjoy the process of drawing and not hating what i put out. i know it holds me back in many ways but i just cant help but fall back into that negative mindset. i hesitate to bring it up because its not something that everyone can understand and i just get unhelpful remarks half the time, so i dont even bother for the most part. not even praise or support would budge me even the slightest. if anything, for any positive feedback i get, i either eat it up immediately and develop an insatiable appetite for more, only to be left with nothing and rot; or i just reject it completely because i dont deem it to be a meaningful comment. i am fully aware that if i get out of this vicious cycle then im golden, but the problem is breaking out of that line of thinking in the first place.

i want to stop associating drawing with pain. i want to enjoy drawing again.

...that the content of this thread would have completely derailed-and even assuming not a single person in those threads is as big of a crybaby about what goes where as you are, and one were to literally just take what posts are in here right now and moved them elsewhere, whatever thread received them would have been bumplocked in one day after reaching the post limit as consequence.

No they fucking don't lol; /i/ seems like a nice place and all but it's a deprecated, ostensibly failed board that should have been absorbed into /ic/ years ago and senselessly divides the drawing userbase as-is. Any effort made in order to resuscitate it is a complete waste. You want to whine about individual threads that you and pretty much you alone think shouldn't exist when there's an entire board that ought not to.

I'm sure you have more important things to worry about than someone making a thread you don't like on a webpage with precisely 150 others you could choose to be equally butthurt in, like how your knees are supposed to continue supporting the rest of that ever-expanding gelatinous mass of yours.
