yeah, the benefits I saw out of joining a 4chan-associated art community were an agreed-upon mindset on studying and improving and potentially networking with all sorts of (better) artists. But these aren't unique to 4chan nor even DAD and all of the cons of this Uzbekistanian kangaroo painting forum greatly outweigh its pros, just look at this thread. I'll likely do like others and leave (not that anyone will care d esu) because it seems like the honeymoon period is over, and anyone I still want to associate with is reachable elsewhere.
Basically DAD doesn't have much to offer anymore. If one really wanted to habit track without the chan autism baggage you could just use a planner.
