take 16 pictures with faces that you like from other artists, draw 16 20min sketches of each,
the best 8 redraw and COME UP WITH A CONSTRUCTION UNDERNEATH, the best 4 shade monochrome, the best two finish into colour. Then do one face from imagination to finished picture. Rinse repeat.
