-again, neck was too short.

-eyes are better but it's still a bit weird. eyes are too small and too round, especially the closer one.
-you shouldn't treat the forehead like a giant round ball. and you had way too much space between the eyebrows.
(in my version the eyes are still too far away imo, but maybe that's just taste.)

-too lazy to do hands, but i think this sillouhette is more natural.
