the outfit is kind of a joke that got out of hand. i've never seen the season this boy is from, i only know that a friend of mine really likes him. they also like the way i draw cutesy things, so i went from there. apologies to any devout jojo fans.
(said friend really helped to re-ignite my love for drawing, so i got carried away with the details. i wanted to give this art alot of effort, as i cherish this friend greatly, and all they've done for me)

i appreciate the anatomy crit though. especially this bit, because i didn't even notice
