I can tell you are trying really hard.
You might want to take a break from loomis heads for a bit, so you don't get stuck in a rut.
Try studying skulls for a bit, so you really get the underlying structure and so you're not worrying about details and noses. Pay attention to the cheek bones.

Heads are difficult, so don't be discouraged if you don't get this in a few months or even a year. I've been working on them for a few years now, and I'm finally starting to get mine to look decent.

I've corrected a few of your heads. Some of the wonkyness is probably due to the angle of the photo you took.
A consistent mistake of yours is making the top of the head too short. The forehead goes up to the hairline, not the very top of the head. You are missing the cap of the head that is usually covered by hair.
You also seem to be struggling with perspective and construction. You could try some other simpler approaches before going back to loomis.
