not the guy you're replying to but to me there's just a bit too much detail. BUT an arm doing that will always look weird if you focus on it too much. what you have now is more or less fine especially if you're going to paint this or something and i think indicating the armpit or that sort of junction where the muscle meets just above it with lines would be a mistake.
