if you're talking in an overall general sense, probably in a couple of decades; largely dependent on how fast your ability to improve is.
Instead of that, I'd think in a more general sense: "What can I improve on to draw a particular scene in X amount of years/months?" Set goals for what you want, don't just keep going with the vague idea of "improvement".
Also, you'll never really stop learning; there's always something new you could try, both style-wise and technical-wise.
