Any advice on how I could further improve this line art before I clean up some more and start rendering?

I feel like there's something funky going on with the waist/hips that's making the legs look a bit off, and I have no idea how to draw nice looking, flowing clothing, so the robes ended up a bit droopy and over-designed...

Any comments are greatly appreciated.
