Hey guys. Currently doing drawabox daily, taking my time learning one exercise a day, practicing crappy gestures for 15 minutes from watching yoga/skateboarding videos, and going to start learning wet on wet oil painting from bob ross videos, total elapsed practice time daily is roughly 2 hours.

is this enough practice a day? I dont want to overdo it but i dont want to underdo it aswell.

Do you guys have a drawing routine?

Second question is, is there a proven successful method for producing clean looking gesture drawings? (pic related)

Do i just need to study figure drawing more and this is something that comes with practice or is there little tips and tricks i can learn?

Are gesture drawings things that get more fluid with practice? I've watched all the videos on gesture and currently when i do a gesture drawing the "stick figure" looks very gestural but when i try to add details im stuck and it ends up looking like a scribbly michelin man, do i just need to practice more or is there a method to achieving amazing gesture drawings?

trying to achieve pic related, something simple but detailed.
