the proportions are ok as far as the ref picture goes, but she feels extremely 2d. You have the right idea in using cylinders and boxes to help guide the construction here >>7098027 but if you're not really going to use the perspective grid for anything it's kind of pointless.
You were the anon asking on how to make your drawings more anime? I would just suggest you to watch some of hide channel's videos, he uses a pretty simple construction and it might help you out. Keep it up.
