The face features placement is a bit meh, I'd see the mouth higher, the face less long and more wide

Also the eyes are too "hard", there isn't the kind of softness, flow in the strokes that you can see in right pic

The color of your lines seems bland too, look his lines have gradients and all

Also work your colors overall
