anyone else find it kinda fucked up how people demand apologies in this sort of situation then take a weird perverse pleasure in berating them for not apologizing well enough? i've seen it happen so many times it really gets under my skin. this guy was a smug dickhead and i'm glad he got BTFO for being an idiot but i doubt most of the people ganging up on him or his gf or the random artist in the chat who was also commenting are actually angry. it all just feels like weird performative bullying. this guy bullied someone so now we all get to band together and be as cruel to him as possible and vent our frustrations at whoever in our lives was kinda like him once. rubs me the wrong way. maybe i'm just a pussy, i dunno.

I'm kind of worried about this. I'm a total beginner but I got a tablet on sale for christmas. I want to draw digitally, but I figured that learning fundamentals with pencil and paper first made more sense. I haven't really used my tablet yet, but I should probably start alternating to get a feel for it.
