Ignore that anon. I think your lack of direction is holding you back. Experimenting is fine but you have to pull the trigger at some point to see some progress. You'd preferably want a style of line that compliments the rendering you're trying to do. Some do a few rough sketch passes and a final thin line to then paint over. Some find the lineart inconsequential and just render over it. Choose from one of either of those. Find artist process videos or step-by-step images, see what they do. For thin and clean lines a lot of it is just confident strokes so practice doing those too.

Then keep looking for it if you'd like. There's a million artists out there to find. And I don't even know what kind of work you do so I don't really have much else to say on it. Good luck.
