Yeah, the top pack would actually be on the ribcage and directly under the pectoralis major. You'll also want to learn the two sections of the external obliques.

Common Mistakes
>1. Do not place an entire six pack underneath the thoracic arch. Remember the genetic rule is the "four pack with a forty ounce". If you do go for a six pack, remember the top two packs are directly underneath the pectoralis major and above the thoracic arch.
