His arm is coming from fuck all because I'm a cheating prick and I just freehanded (har har) with a pen.

The blood isn't coming from anywhere other than the tip of my brush (that flicking with the thumb thing is very hard to control!).

The background is red because I needed to pick a color and red seemed to work.
