WIP here.
Smiles are very hard. Can't really tell what's giving her that smug expression. I've already lowered the eyebrows and worked her upper lip .Might giver her dimples.

I had an idea for the bg (some rocks and a swamp) but it sucks.If anyone comes up with something better let me know.Thanks

yeah you need to me more decisive with your strokes. Are your pencil lines good or jaggy?
try this: do a precise line drawing,then use the select tool too block in shapes.Lock the layer and render within it.

is this a crop? hope not. can't see much of the overall design but I'd say simplify the forehead piece and "horns"

this could be you stylist choice but i'd say the colors are muddy(unsaturated),edges are too soft in some areas (look at how the clouds edges are the same as the statues,which are closer and are made of a solid material). Values are also too in the middle,it would be nice to see a full range of tones.
