No they're not, these people find art they like, take the head from one picture, grab the clothes from another, grab a pose from another, then spend 1 day on the same picture. If I did something that autistic, there's no way I wouldn't have a masterpiece.

There's one easy way to improve the drawings you're doing right now. The classic girl standing staring at camera pose. And that's doing literally anything that is but drawing a classic girl standing staring at the camera pose. Just do some form, gesture, literally anything, and you'll be an expert compared to the trash here.
