/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

This is taking much longer than I thought it would. Am I going about this right? All I'm doing is zooming in and plotting out where the midtones and shades are going to be before trying to blend them out. I am completely ignorant to color theory or painting but that's just a excuse.

diverse backgrounds with different lighting. I'll have to try to paint backgrounds in the future too, to practice how light effects a landscape throughout the day.
