didn't know about those artists. Very cool.
definitely will study natthelich. Thing is I don't know how cost efficient his/her process is. I'm guessing it isn't.
My process( most of us do this) is very efficient: line/flats/multiply layer+shading/ highlights/ wtv FX).
I think you can only make it look like a rough painting if it's done on the same layer, just like an actual traditional oil painting.
