it's unusable as is, yes. but it is interpolating between completely different images.
ALL THESE FRAMES are made up.
if it can do this, what do you think will happen if you ask it to make only a handful of frames, between existing human made frames?
do you think this is out of the hands of this technology?

genuinely ask yourself that.
