I am trying to learn perspective and scenery now too so i don't know if this works - I literally just started 3 days ago, but I am drawing movie frames with different camera angles. I box out the big shapes in perspective, and then I am spending prob 15-20min filling in details, but you could probably gesture the frame in a couple minutes.

I get really bored with plain "box" exercises so I picked an interesting movie that I don't mind looking at frame by frame. Here are today's frames - bear with me I'm still trying out a bunch of stuff.
