I want to try more sculpting, outside of the few evening classes I've done. Now they had an advantage in that I had access to a kiln, but for home use is anyone familiar with air drying clay? Does it have any disadvantages compared to kiln dried material?
Since the classes also had a lifemodel, I'm curious to see what I can produce from a photograph or picture, if such a thing is possible.
