Just some points to consider as a possibility:
1) as a cat girl, it seems as if she is more smooth skinned than furry. I would recommend adding some tufts of fur here and there.
2) her head shape seems too large for her face if that makes sense.
3) Eyes are too milky and unclear as well, pupils should be a bit more visible.
4) lips seem too thin and in an unusual angle. Thin lips add to the creepy factor.
5) facial shape is very angular, should be more roundish at the cheeks to seem less unsettling.
I did a small paint over to better explain what I mean.

You are a much better artist than me I would like to preface, therefore I hope what I am trying to convey in my shitty paint over explains what I mean overall.
