Oh no!? I would say I consider myself a filmmaker and storyteller first if that matters to (you). I'm ok with having wabi sabi technique and spiteful craftsmanship, particularly early on. This is a 10 year meme and I'm only on year 2-3. Can't create the illusion of improvement if you don't start out producing shit.

I mean I'd say they sometimes have been. They're also often blue and red and shit. I'm made a lot of paintings all with different techniques. This means nothing to me.

Some of them are. I used gesso in the paint to see what it would do for a bunch. Some aren't though.

again it depends on which one you're talking about. I do grid technique now. The first act was most graphite transfer but it's about half and half now.
