Tried to change the hair and removed the edge around the horse, I like a lot of anime artist who design hair sort of like liquid but I agree some of the shapes could be better. I pick all my colors by hand usually, and but I used posterization on the horse skeleton to kind of generate interesting shapes, and I like how it looks. If you can provide a better examples of what you're talking about I'll consider it
