Hello beg, the xmas are over, i drew like once in last 7 days, gained about 2 kilos and finished diablo 2 (all 7 characters, normal only, scaling on players 8). Now as an homeage to the game i will produce 1 complete beg artwork for it. This is WIP, all 7 chars in a pub. And oh my god trying to combine all i have learned so far hurts my brain a lot.

typical combo of two beg issues: perspective and accuracy. you werent accurate enough and you lack perspective fundies to know how to properly foreshorten human face in 3/4 view to notice the error. draw less, use more sighting techniques like plumbing, leveling and proportions

i suggest you to do a study of metal something before attempting stuff like this. simply paint some golden / silver ancient armor and see how it works

you are symbol drawing. look at your ref. can you see a SINGLE strand of grass in it? no. it is all turbo chaotic blurry mess of green, dark green and orange. replicate what you see, not what you think there is. hint: set your brush to 50% opacity and dont be scared to layer the strokes. in the back it is literally about learning how to use smudge / blur / 95% transparency brushes. For fog add layer with gray and play with opacity slider, then add blur filter on top

i dont know how am i supposed to prove i can FEEL THE FORM of ball and now the box, thats what the chapter 2,3 and 4 about. Like you see my contour lines (on my older studies)? How much more proof you need?
