And I agree. Liking different body types, genders or whatever is still in the realm of physical attraction, sexual characteristics being the main factor. Even CP is very tame if you think about it as "having an attraction for another human being".

Scat is nasty, but still related to the nethers of a loved one. An acquired taste, if you will, like any other hard drug.
Guro is... well, guro, but it's generally still depicted as "let me fuck a body in pain (or dead for Necro)". You're probably unsympathetic to other people's pain (and might even enjoy it), but you're still deriving pleasure for yourself the "traditional" way, but sticking your dick into places.
Now... inflation and vore are just wrong buttons in the brain being pressed. You're feeling attraction to someone's distress in a not-necessarily-sexual situation. Like pic related.
