good nose, bro, the eyes are fine too, like technically it's all there, but i feel like you're not quite getting the forms, you should try drawing from a statue, like a roman realist bust or something like that, there's lots on the internet in high rez. that might sort of give you more of a feeling of the forms as they're slightly abstracted to be more '3d' than real eyes, but are better to draw from in terms of light and shadow and all that good stuff.
