Hey guys
anyone know a program that allows you use an eyedropper tool from the desktop?
Could use it for passive studying when im watching movies or when an interesting image comes up. instead of dragging shit into photoshop constantly

There are some but they display color as HTML or RGB values. Something like pic would be great if it was a separate program
