I don't think I'm THAT good but here is my influence board. I worship these artists religiously, especially Rune Fisker as of lately. I work in design and commercial illustration so I mainly take inspiration from that area

It's so freaking convoluted I don't know how to explain. I usually start off by doing 5-10 sketches of characters, I pick out some that I like and draw stuff around them. But I could never put out a neat process video, I always add and remove elements back and forth, recolor, start over and over until it looks okay. My current goal is to make this process a little less chaotic because it takes too much time.
