Gender dysphoria certainly exists, but it doesn't follow from that that gender is somehow mutable. We're not obliged to participate in a "treatment" program that requires us to deny basic observable reality in order to make things comfortable for a small, deranged, minority.

If these people commit suicide then that is sad, but it's not my problem. How would you feel if your ex threatened to commit suicide if you didn't get back together with her? We're not going to be held hostage.
