Don't draw out of hatred, it will poison your work. Some concepts you draw in this mindset will be forever poisoned because they exist solely to spite someone rather than accomplish something. You will not feel catharsis from drawing this way, especially if it is mindless spite rather than any kind of reflection and internalized conversation about the past, and will simply associate art with the act of directing spite at phantoms.
Realize that sometimes even the most despicable of villains in your life can give you gifts that fuel you forever and move on with that. A person doesn't have to be wholly evil, and thus all their contributions and actions fundamentally evil, for you to justifiably spite them. Take the gifts you are given, be thankful that you have them, and then pass on goodwill towards those who will do so in kind rather than waste the effort on someone who will be utterly unaffected by your spite.

This is a genuinely retarded take, and it pains me that people would take it to heart.
Art is not the only job where people get laid off. People get laid off at physical jobs like construction, people get laid off all the time at programming jobs after a project is done and the corp wants to save cash, people get laid off at specialized technical work, and even specialized doctors are not immune to getting laid off if the hospital goes to shit or the executives get greedy.
There is no recession proof career. There is no career that will make everyone respect you. There is no career where you can go your whole life with 100% certainty that you will never get laid off, especially in the 21st century. There is job that will save you from hardship and fear of poverty because for every 1 person making 200k+ a year at a job there are 20 people who didn't get that position and a hundred thousand more working at minimum wage or in sweat-shops across the globe to feed him and his corporation the resources he needs to make insane profits.
If you quit your hobby in search of a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow it is very likely that you will end up dead one day with nothing to your name and nothing of you worth remembering. School is hard, do whatever you can to get through it, but if you quit or abandon art and give those hours and days and years up to the economy you will not be rewarded in the ways you hope.
