/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

First time posting on /ic/, I threw together a collage of my last 5 drawings. I really don't know what I expect from you guys, but the beginner thread seems like a good place to start instead of making my own thread. I see a lot of people here drawing directly from a reference and trying to draw photorealistically, should I do the same and come back if i want a crit?

I guess what I really want is an opinion from other artists? Any comment at all would be appreciated.
