Yeah, don't force yourself, unfortunate human limitation when it comes to art and probably many other things is getting invested and starting to tunnel vision when it comes to what you're doing, that it makes it hard to see more objectively. This never really goes away no matter how experienced you are, but one may learn ways to shorten this effect, basically clearing your 'brain RAM'. Sleeping and letting time pass is one way, investing yourself in something else is another. If you look at drawing as a puzzle or an equation that you're solving, you need to solve something else to clear your head. So it's good to take breaks every hour or two. Or for instance mirroring your work has a similar effect since it disrupts your subconscious pre-existing expectations of what the drawing should be, so you see it more as it actually is, rather than what you 'think' it is.

Now i don't know which reference you're following to draw this but, some quick tips before you start defining small details like toes and such. It's good to draw a very light vertical guide line along the center of the torso, so you can have a reference for drawing symetricaly. So if your legs are supposed to be symetricaly apart, they dont look so, so mind the distance between the feet. Observe how small of a thigh gap in a male figure is when feet are close together ( this will vary somewhat depending on the muscle mass). Also observe the kind of general shape the upper leg makes, your adductor muscles in the inner thigh are quite over-exaggerated, i know thats the kind of individual shapes you may think you see, but the overall combination of all the muscles of the upper leg make up a kind of slight funnel-like, tapering shape. It's good to use numerous good references of the same thing to figure out the middle ground for that.
