Right one looks fine imo, but left one doesn't.
It feels like her head is detached to her body.
Also on the left she has a child-like head, round and with big cheeks, on the right her face is more adult looking and it feels off; especially due to such pointy chin, and more so at that angle.
Finally, the hands on the left drawing are well drawn but I'd consider doing the smaller , it's up to you and your style.
