The problem for me with the eyes is that I can't seem to get a proper handle on the perspective, at least with the face facing to the right.

Flipping it and doing a crude trackpad sketch over it (since I am having supper right now and the tablet's off the table), I guess dropping the innermost lower corner and the point where the lashes stop could help?
