Imho investing lots of money into a screen tablet when youre not even earning money with your art yet is a mistake. Get normal cheap Intuos Pro instead, its perfectly serviceable for professional needs.
Also, you got to realize that screen tablet is not a straight upgrade, its more like a side-grade compared to normal tablets; I've got a 27 inch Cintiq and I still use my Intuos most of the time since theres tons of downsides to the screen version that often outweight the benefits.

Theres a calibration tool that you need to use to adjust where the cursor is in relation to the pen. Remember that theres a fairly thick glass between the surface of the tablet and the actual screen, so your cursor will be at the pen-tip only at certain angle, and if you grip your pen differently than how you did when you were calibrating the thing (ie. more vertical) the cursor doesnt know about it and it stays in the same relation to the pen. In other words, you cant change the way your holding your pen or even change your posture/angle of the tablet without the cursor being off, or without recalibrating it for that new angle.

The only tablets that dont have this issue are the ones that have very little parallax, like Dell Canvas 27
