1) Stalin killed more! I don't see you bashing commies who have a bigger kills score.

2) If you understand anything about numbers and populations you realize how retarded you are.

You can not get millions killed if there is less then one million people on the planet back in the pasts.
This is why you don't get deaths in the millions before the XX century, its simply based on population numbers.

You can rest comfortably with the fact that a galactic civilization will have deaths do to accidents in the millions ever second.

Other dictators where unable to get a bigger kill score simply because to even come close in their times they would actually need to kill everyone one the planet multiple times over, including themselves !!!!
And this is impossible.

4) If you understood populations you use a percentage not a flat and meaningless number.
However you don't want to go into this discussion.

Fun Fact there where more people born then died in the entirety of WW2.
WW2 did not even make a dimple in the population curve.
