Pose looks good. I do have a feeling you're going to mess up the head/features placement, since it's not looking solid right now. Construct the head better. The dick looks a bit flat, as if it was smashed by a road roller. You can probably fix this by using overlap, wrapping lines, lineweight, rendering and stuff like that.
I'd personally draw the testicles with a single rounded shape for the sake of appeal (pic related) instead of splitting the balls like that.
