Your facial features have no depth. This has been consistent in your works and it just looks like you shade a flat face and draw the features over them. You have to use shading to bring in the facial features as well, the head is a 3D form after all.

Or if you just want to go more on the stylized path, then cut the shading and go for more pic related.
